All orders, except personalized orders, generally ship within 3 - 5 business days. Personalized orders generally ship within 5 - 10 business days.
Most items ship UPS Ground and follow the flat rate shipping policy listed below. Upon checkout your order will indicate "UPS Ground" as the shipping method; however, some of our suppliers, drop shippers or fulfillment centers may use another delivery service such as Fed Ex, DHL or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We do NOT process Rush Orders.
Shipping is limited to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada. We will not ship to a post office box or APO/FPO address.
Please Note: Our Canadian customers are responsible for paying the custom's duties on your order upon delivery.
We offer a flat rate shipping policy on UPS Ground shipments. You can upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® at checkout if a speedier shipping method is needed. Please note that UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® do not qualify for the flat rate shipping.
