All orders, except personalized orders, generally ship within 3 - 5 business days. Personalized orders generally ship within 5 - 10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: If you select a faster shipping method, such as Overnight Air, 2nd Day Air, etc. is DOESN'T mean that you will have your order in that amount of time. It means that you will receive your order in that time frame once your order ships. (For example, a personalized order placed with 2nd Day Air shipping means that the order will take 5 - 10 business days to be processed and you will receive your order 2 business days after it ships.)
Most items ship UPS Ground. Upon checkout your order will indicate "UPS Ground" as the shipping method; however, some of our suppliers, drop shippers or fulfillment centers may use another delivery service such as Fed Ex, DHL or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We DO NOT process Rush Orders.
Shipping is limited to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada. We will not ship to a post office box or APO/FPO address.
Please Note: Canadian customers are responsible for paying the custom's duties on your order upon delivery.
