If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange your items, except disposable cameras, personalized or edible items, for a prompt refund. Please send an email to returns@partyfavorsbydesign.com within 10 days of the UPS delivery date to receive your authorization on a return. We will not accept the return or exchange without this number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Orders must be returned to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 10 days of delivery to you. Please note, we do not accept partial returns. We will accept a partial exchange if a defective item is received and you would like to exchange it for the same item. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges generally take 3 to 5 business days to process after we receive them.
Returns or exchanges that are received after the 10 day period mentioned above but before 20 days from the original UPS delivery date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The 15% fee will be calculated on the original purchase price (not including shipping and handling) and will automatically be deducted from your refund when it is credit back to your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns or exchanges will not be honored once 20 days from the original UPS delivery date has passed. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address given with your Return Authorization Number.
Damage claims caused by the shipping carrier (we use UPS) must be made with the carrier. Please contact UPS at 1-800-457-4022 to initiate the claim within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be charged a 5% processing charge. This fee will be calculated on the original purchase price (not including shipping and handling) and deducted from your refund when it is credited to your account.
