Use them as a Wedding Favor. Traditionally 5 pieces are given to each guest in a small organza pouch. A pouch with 5 sugared candy would make appoximately 65 favors. (we say approximately, because we know that when you package them with your friends, family and bridesmaids, they will not be able to stop themselves from repeatedly tasting them.) Another tradition is to place the sugar candies, overflowing, in a large heirloom bowl for self-service.
